Fsh and lh question

So I havent had a period for a while. I googled to induce it and took noriday and stopped it and got my period. In the meantime I booked a blood test with my GP.

Technucally my blood test was day 9

FSH was 8.6 and LH was 4.8.

I am in my 20s so the FSH seems quite high right? Does it seem like I need to be trying to get pregnant soon?

For other info, I have a 3 year old and ahve regular periods since I was 11, so thsi is all a shock to me! Any knowledge is welcome! TIA

I also had an ultrasound today and apparently it looks like I am around ovulation. I should be day 15 today

Result is meaningless on day 9 as the range of 'normal' starts to get wider and wider. Needs to be taken cd 2-5 for a meaningful result.
