Possible IB? And taking seven seas

I think I've been experiencing IB. I really hope I have but now after 3 days of spotting brown not even enough for a liner, it's now red. Still a darker red but red none the less. I really thought it had worked for me this time....

Anyone had anything similar?? Any help would be appreciated. I'm now wearing a pad but just little bit going on to the pad. Mainly there when wiping

Those seven seas tablets shortened my cycle by several days and I spotted for 2 days before hand which I mistook for IB. I was definitely not pregnant. Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear. I stopped taking them after that.

Was it consistent? Mines been on and off and never once have I had to use anything for it. It's barely there. I'm just the type of person that either bleeds or doesn't lol so it's abit confusing for me x

After day 3 I used a pad but there was barely anything on it. It was very weird.

I'm the exact same, I never spot so it was very strange for me. I even kept testing after it stopped until I got a positive opk next cycle just in case!!

Hopefully yours has a happier ending. Just when you said you were on seven seas it reminded me so much of what happened to me with them. Is it you first month taking them?

@Thatcouldbeme yeah this is the first month. I was taking just folic acid on its own for a month before and no changes to my cycle.😩 well hopefully it's not this but atleast I'm a little bit prepared for negatives. Thankyou lovely x
