First TWW...Anyone else?

As it states in the title, this is my first month TTC and now I'm 1DPO. Anyone else?? I'm hopeful but also questioning if I've done everything right or enough for that matter :)

Its our first month ttc too, I'm not quite in TWW but hopefully will be by the end of the week!

This is our first month this time round and I am due AF on Sunday

I’m nearing the end of my first tww. Was surprised how much I read into every vague symptom and how long it’s feeling when it usually feels like I blink and I’m on my period again!

I also wonder if we’ve done it right, school defo makes it seem like you can get pregnant whenever, reading into it you realise that’s not the case!!

On 2/3dpo I had lower back pain. Think next month I’ll try not to track symptoms too much because I feel like it’s sent me a bit loopy?

Hi guys! This is my first TWW too.

I'm 26 and trying for my first baby. Came off the pill on 18th October! Thought AF was coming 9 days ago but turns out I was just ovulating! So I'm 9dpo. Tested with ICs yesterday and today, BFN so far!

@Newstart20 Exicting! I bet you're tired of DTD already..I am lol

@madcow88 I'm due AF on the 16th but could be 14th by the timings of my O. Time will tell I'm just counting today as my 1 DPO

@Thisisbananas3 I feel exactly the same. And I'm only 1DPO! It's crazy how slow it's going but I go away with my DS 3rd bday in a few days and so hopefully it'll go faster lol but I do keep hoping I've done enough, I didn't expect to O the days I did but lucky enough I DTD 2 days before I had my peak and then on the day, I guess I just feel like I could of done more.

@LauraT94 Hi! Did you DTD when you thought you AF was coming? Fingers crossed for you.

@KSP8273 hey! We DTD on the day of ovulation! I did an OPK that morning and got a peak so we quickly DTD. Didn't in the days leading up to it so I've got to hope that that once (and the morning after) have worked 😂 there's always next cycle if not!

@LauraT94 Well, it only takes one time and you've defo got a good chance doing on on the day of. I hope you get Lucky this month. I got pregnant being on the injection the first time so anything is possible lol And that's exactly what I'm telling myself, there's always another cycle.

Joining! First month trying after a looong wait to convince hubby! Not testing ovulation just going to stop trying not to get pregnant for now and see how we go. Think I was due to ovulate 2 days ago but having some pain on my right side today which I think may be ovulation pain?

@LauraT94 it only takes once!

@KSP8273 yes I am tired of DTD especially as I have a cold too. We've done 4 times this week.

I tested today and got a positive (3 times to be sure!)

Am totally shocked!

It really does only take once... I was going to say I don’t know if we did it right, I never did ovulation tests etc but evidently something must have worked.

I really hope you all get your positives and that the tww passes quickly for you!!!

@michone I'm not too sure, this is my first month TTC and I have to admit I do not know the signs of O.

@Newstart20 Hope you feel better soon! I've had with terrible headaches couldn't sleep at all last night. Exactly the same as me with DTD lol.

@KSP8273 are you taking your temperature or doing OPKs? They're the best way to see if you're ovulating!

After panickingat night that AF might be in the way, my temp and RHR rose this morning! So onto 11dpo tomorrow... I didn't test today, so will use a FRER tomorrow morning and hope for the best!

@LauraT94 OPKS. I'm defo thinking about tracking my temp though, I've read so many promising things on tracking your temp. Fingers crossed for you! Look forward to hearing updates! How are you feeling?

Hope this is a lucky thread!!

Cycle day 18, first month trying. Had sex on Cd 11, 12 and 16. No idea when or if I ovulated but feeling quite nauseous and crampy today and pms like 🙈 I know it's most likely pms related but a glimmer of hope!
