First month properly conceiving thought I had nailed my ovulation and conception but AF have just turned up even before I got a chance to test as 9 DPO! I know it's only been one try which is nothing but I can't help but wonder what when wrong!?? Obviously no clear answer!! Just feeling stupid as got my hopes up so much! Here's to cycle 2 🙌🏼

Hi, it can take a healthy, young couple a year to conceive naturally. Try and chill, conception is a game of chance. Good luck to you

Hi @Jesykatehol sorry to hear that, it is gutting when AF turns up. It’s not something you did wrong, unfortunately there is a lot of chance and luck involved in getting pregnant. Your job is to get your timings right so you can get egg and spermicide to meet and the rest is up to fate. If egg and spermicide meet you have a 30% chance of getting pregnant. We all get our hopes up, it’s such a potentially life changing event we all dream and then it’s just so disappointing. But then it’s on to the next cycle and another chance.

Hope your doing ok, best of luck with your TTC journey

Thank you, that's made me feel better! Nice to be understood as well. Just feels like the end of the world but on we go :)

Hi, sorry to hear that. This is my first month TTC and tomorrow I'll begin the TWW. Sorry to hear that. Totally understand how you feel with getting your hopes up. I just keep telling myself it's not as easy as DTD once and getting the BFP but like you, I think I'm expecting a positive without saying it out loud.

Would like to hear more updates on your TTC journey. Wishing you all the best :)
