TTC; Miscarriage, HPV & uterus endometrium

Hello

I have been TTC since July 2019 following coil removal. Unfortunately had a missed miscarriage January 2020 at 14.5 weeks but in theory was around the 5 week mark.

I had a second Miscarriage May 2020, where I fell pregnant with a BFP and naturally lost within a few days after finding out.

Even with the coil that I have had for years, I have always had what I believed to be a regular period but since May they have ranged from 20-32 day cycles.

Following May we continued TTC.

I started to notice in some discharge and period times, that I had what looked like small calcium rocks about the size of a salt/sugar grain. I also passed what looked like a small round piece of grissley flesh. Not typical discharge mucous. Again was advised they didn’t know and even though I kept samples and showed them it was discarded.

August my period was so heavy/painful and lasted 10 days with the majority of it me requiring to change sanitary products within every 2 hours. I believe it possibly was another very early chemical pregnancy. This was never investigated by the GPS/EAP despite raising this.

I have for the last few months pestered my GP and have had;
Smear test - tested positive for HPV
Internal examination & swab - all ok
Thyroid blood test - al ok
Ovulation blood test - all ok

I have recently suffered with UTI (always been an ongoing issue and been referred to Urology). I have also recently had BV but this has cleared. My ultrasound/transvaginal has shown bladder/kidneys etc all ok. Bladder retains a tiny bit of urine which could be a cause of the UTI but not sure if it’s enough so this is ongoing with urology for a follow up.

My main concearn is conception and I would not anything to help make this happen.

My scan results have shown that my uterus looks normal slightly tilted forward, ovaries etc all ok. They did find what they called a calcification in the endometrium which he said could be left over pregnancy product which has clacified. I have to wait for Gynae and I am again out of my mind with worry.

Has any else had 2-3 miscarriages and then conceived?
Had anything along the lines of calcification in endometrium?
Anyone had fibroids that have calcified?

Any help or suggestions would be hugely appreciated

Thankyou
