Not sure where my cycle is at any time of the month period are usually the same time, always the correct dates predicted by period calendar. Due to start my period on the 10th/11th December. But spotting started 29th nov. Started very pale light pink now light/dark brown. Only when I go for wee and wipe. Don’t need any Type of pad or liner.
Opinions please???
This is out of the ordinary for me, I usually only bleed/have noticeable discharge on period.
The spotting has been along side very mild cramping low in belly (barely noticeable doesn’t stop me doing anything) and bad lower back pain/ache (just about my bum)
