I believe peak is 24/48 hours before you ovulate... but I’m not an expert at these!

@Hannah199y I think what @HopeAndDriftWood said is right but also to add I am so relieved to see someone peak on CD20, this is my first time using OPKs and my app is saying different things to the OPKs!

Yes this month I have peaked late, I would normally get a positive between CD14-17. I wasn't expecting it to come this month so I'm so I'm pleased 😀

Hi @Hannah199y. I know everyone is different but I pretty much always ovulate the day after positive opk x

I use easy@home Strips

I did experience cramping on peak day which has now gone so hoping I've ovulated
