Positive opk 3 days apart??

Hiya
I’m pretty new to all of this and am desperate for some advice! I’m temping and using opks I usually ovulate around day 16/17.
This month I had a positive opk on day 13 which surprised me! Then negative on 14 then positive on day 16 (I forgot day 15)
Can anyone shed any light on what is happening please?? We dtd on day 15 thinking we’d missed it but is there still a chance?

@Laur13 hi! Sometimes you can have a surge and you don’t ovulate. So maybe your body tried on CD13 but it didn’t happen so it’s trying again. Did you dtd around your first positive OPK?

No we didn’t my husband works away so only managed day 15 (yesterday) and I got the positive opk today
