Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

@lucyrp yeah, 3 months I took them for. I read soooo many good reviews on Amazon plus they're cheap so I started on them and whether it was coincidence or not it worked!!

@Clairey844 just seen that you said that you think you have low progesterone because you spot before af?? I didn't know that meant low progesterone😫 I usually spot a tiny bit for 2 days before mine!!

@Clairey844 just out of interest did you have long irregular cycles or normal ones ? I had heard of ladies with normal ones it messed their cycles up? Yeah they're so cheap aren't they and I started them just to see if anything helped me. No telling yet tho ! X

@lucyrp that's what I'm hoping might happen as I need to try and regulate mine after having the mirena for 2.5 years 😩 fingers crossed!

@LB20xx I've always had normal cycles then I went on depo provera for 3 years and came off it in august last year so been ttc for 16 months now. Periods returned after 4 months without them and they were regular as always until I had a cp in may and since then they've been all over the place xx

@Vil10 I'm on a FB group for people who are breastfeeding and ttc and a lot of people say that their progesterone is low due to the hormones from BFing and they know that because one of the common signs is spotting before AF.
I didn't know that until I joined the group. I never went down the route of getting my progesterone levels tested but I decided to try vitex in the hope it would stop me spotting so early in my cycle (last month I spotted on and off from CD24 then AF started CD28). It's classed as a herbal/natural supplement so I didn't feel it was risky although you should in theory consult a doctor or homeopath.
I'm still taking it and will do until 12 weeks because I've read if you suddenly stop it can cause your progesterone to drop again and there's a risk of MC. I think a lot of it is anecdotal evidence but I felt it was a good first step and who knows whether it was a coincidence but it did the trick.
I can't remember too well but I'm pretty sure I've always spotted a bit before AF (although you never pay attention until you're ttc) and I fell with my little girl really quickly so spotting probably isn't a major issue for most people.

@lucyrp my cycles were normal, 27-29 days every month. I was slightly worried about them messing up my cycles as I read a few reviews saying that but I reasoned that I was already taking a ttc supplement so surely what was in them couldn't be that different.
Do you think you've ovulated yet or are you waiting on more high temps? Xx

@Clairey844 and they didn't alter yours at all?? I'm not entirely sure I'd like to think I have as I had the libido on Sunday and the temps to match etc the only thing that's throwing me off is the low temp today and my rhr dipped today also but they could both be perfectly normal as long as it goes back up tomorrow xx
