Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

We talk sex, tv, work, more sex, food, slimming, RHR, charts, spicing things up or down, crafting (a more recent addition for 🎄🎅🏻) and help each other out in any way possible. Oh and yeah Trying to make babies gets mentioned a bit too but more often than not our bodies just do what they want!

When I say a few of us have been around the TTC block I don’t mean 🍆I mean as a MN group, not just a bus, a mini sanctuary since March for some of through the highs and lows of making babies through 2020 ❤️🥰

@2alreadywantanother I'm so sorry love, that must be really upsetting. Your loss is awful regardless but so sad for someone to say something as usually trivial as tooth ache/ear infection could be at the root of it. Hope you feel better soon x

Well @katekam10 I think thats pretty standard thst we obsess and the men go with the flow 😂 when any of us figure out how to relax in the tww I'm sure weeill share with the group but so far we are as @Minster2012 said failing! I'm taking a relaxed approach and feeling good at the moment but give it a week when I'm in the second half of the cycle and that will be gone out the window while I Google ridiculous things like "can I implant at 3dpo" and "is an ichty big toe a pregnancy symptom " 😂🤣🤪🤯

@katekam10 welcome! I'm due on the 20th as well 😁. I'm all about the tracking and my OH is barely even aware we're TTC cause he's so chill about it. Does yours realise that you've only got a few fertile days per cycle and even if you get everything right there's only a 20-30% chance of succeeding each cycle? I find a lot of men get less chill once they realise how difficult it can be and you can't just get pregnant any day of the month!

Wait, an itchy big toe is a full on legit symptom though ladies

Just gonna leave this here, this is prob why your OH is dead casual @katekam10 but we are like @Juno231 says, as we know the stats and is doesn't usually happen by precum for us 😂

@lucyrp @vil10 I'm ignoring RHR as it ever seems to fluctuate much at all, today I'm 8dpo and it's 2bpm higher than yesterday but just ignoring it otherwise I think I'd spend forever obsessing over it! Had such a weird pain earlier, low left tummy, like a squeeze pain. Went on for about an hour then disappeared. Bodies are weird.

Also @amy2503 never ever feel bad for posting about how you feel. I also suffer badly with anxiety and TTC is taking its toll on me at times so this month I've just tried to focus on Christmas etc instead. It's hard I know and sending you big hugs. X

@clolo not as yet, as had to call the urologist today to get them to change my dob. Her assistant said it had to go on the referral as an addendum so I'll give it another week or so and then chase the hospital. I know it's gone to guys and st Thomas's tho!

@kalidasa my OH doesn't tend to have bad ones more so when he was little and when we went out in high school but this one was bad was scary! That's what I'm worried about if we ever get an offspring that they'll have asthma too ☹️

My OH is quite chilled about the whole thing on the surface but I think he's worried it won't happen. He doesn't have any children and I'm concerned that at 42 we're gonna run out of time. I know deep down he'd be devastated even if he didn't say it.
Why do they make at in school that you only have to look at a naked willy and you'd get pregnant or was that just my Catholic upbringing???

@Juno231 we are cycle buddies! He is aware but I think it’s his way of not stressing out about it. I think prefers just told be told we need to go at it this week all week! I think he is symptom spotting in his own though. I moaned about an itchy nipple earlier and he thought I was pregnant!

@katekam10 my mum claims to have known someone as a teenager who got pregnant without having sex at all, just from "mucking around". This story really gave me the heebie-jeebies when I was a teenager myself! Think she might have been being economical with the truth though.

@Kalidasa I have 2 daughters 16 and 20 from a previous relationship got caught within 2 months with both of them. Didnt have access to all the info I have now, not sure if that's made it worse. Back then just had loads of sex and waited to miss a period. Simples.

It doesn't help that sex has been an issue in this relationship but its something we're working on

And schools making it sound so easy to get knocked up is highly frustrating now I actually want them! It would be great to learn about sperm damage etc, like I knew smoking and drinking was obviously bad but I didn't realise how bad it can be on some guys sperm! My Dh certainly does now!

@lucyrp he can get his go to sign him off if he is worried, tell him I had a bad one took 4 days off, went back to work and had to be off again the second day, doc sign me a week off under promise not to break it, it'll be worse down the line if he doesn't recover
