Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

We talk sex, tv, work, more sex, food, slimming, RHR, charts, spicing things up or down, crafting (a more recent addition for 🎄🎅🏻) and help each other out in any way possible. Oh and yeah Trying to make babies gets mentioned a bit too but more often than not our bodies just do what they want!

When I say a few of us have been around the TTC block I don’t mean 🍆I mean as a MN group, not just a bus, a mini sanctuary since March for some of through the highs and lows of making babies through 2020 ❤️🥰

Just thought I'd pop in as I wanted to test the 'positive OPK when you're pregnant' thing!

Defo true 😂 just done these two tests and the LH one is a blazing dye stealer!! And the HCG one is the strongest line I've had on a cheapie and it's with evening urine that I've not held long at all ❤️

AF due tomorrow and despite the BFPs I'm still terrified it'll come. I think I'll feel a lot safer next week!

@Kirky658 oh no!!! Is it ok? I'm impressed with that plastic contraption and that's coming from a nurse!!

Work is rubbish, busy, but currently 'fighting' with bossboy, he is supporting me in a way but currently not talking to me, so it's hard to feel supported, he is also a hooligan, so the only time he came to talk I had to strongly disagree with him, I hate this boy, but I can't avoid him, I miss being able to talk to him, but at the same time, I don't want to, we got too close, too... comfortable, and I don't understand why he is bad, and I can tolerate what he is doing either, I know I am not making any sense, and specially that he isn't anybody in my life, so why does it bother me...
Also, found some pills today, I googled as I don't recognize them and seems DH has been to the doctor about ttcing and didn't mention, should I reveal I know? Bloody men, would be easier to partner with a woman

Feeling sad tonight ladies- due to ovulate in a few days and fiancé is rundown and overworked and took today off as he was feeling generally crappy- feel like I'm out before even ovulation because I can't really see us giving it a good to this week with

@Kirky658 yes, they look like normal ed tablets, I knew the pressure was getting to him, but ...

@amy2503 just time it well! Do something nice for him. Cook, relax together have a nice evening. Then treat him to some dtd time. Romantically. Just pick the best night you think will be before ovulation. Only takes once! Better to do that and have one shot than not at all.

@paintfairy you're right- I just hope he physically feels better tomorrow- it gets more tricky for half the days of the week as we have my step girls with us- not impossible, but not really very relaxed, more "quickly and quietly" 🤣 I feel so guilty for feeling like this too, I just want this so much and I'm getting so low with it not happening for so many months. x

I'm nearly 43 so I know my chances are decreasing.
Where are you on your journey? I'm trying to catch up with everyone's stories

@DOB78 I am 43, I just had an early loss after trying for a year, I have a 10 year old boy

@DOB78 trying for number two as DD is 5. 7 cycles since implant came out with natural cycles helping track it all.
Had quite a rough time last birth so DH has been very reluctant to try again.
Also lost a lot of weight to make it easier this time although could still do with more off.

@amy2503 I feel exactly like that!! We usually DTD multiple times over the weekend but didn't once this weekend!! I feel asleep both Friday and Saturday really early then OH was working all weekend he was knackered last night and fell asleep so last time we DTD was Thursday which is shocking for us!! Have ewcm and pains today but still no high on an opk so hoping to DTD tonight tomorrow and Wednesday and hopefully I'll catch it somewhere! Don't put too much pressure on yourself though, it only takes the one time (I know I need to take my own advice too😂)

@Vil10 glad it's not just me 😭🤣 I'm hoping we can do it at least Wednesday and Thursday ... 🤞 it's so hard when things don't go to plan xxxxxxx

My DH is like this and I get like you & I have to talk to myself & say "but if I'm miserable it will make it worse for us all". @Minster2012 no POAS but if AF doesn't arrive tomorrow then I cannot account for my actions.
First day of jury service today and have been out on a case due to last 2-3 weeks starting tomorrow. Excited to be picked as today it was 8:45-2:30 sat around stitching. I must admit I liked the peace but I could go crazy as you have to sit in a screened off seat all day.

Hi ladies just checking in, currently sat in my car in the car park of a hospital. OH has had a cold since Saturday night and suffers bad with asthma so any illness and it sets his chest off. Told him not to go to work yesterday but he still went and when he got home he was even worse. No temp or anything just couldn't talk or walk, hardly breathe heart rate at 120,142,130 ish and pain in his chest. Did an ecg on my watch and it was all over the place. Rang 999 which is what they tell him to do anytime his chest is bad and the ambulance was going to take 2 hours so they suggested I bring him myself. So here I am sat in the car waiting, they normally keep him in for 3 days ish but just waiting for confirmation z

I'm doing a @Franklydear and talking to myself. OH doesn't have to stay in, had a nebuliser, bloods and an x ray just waiting for him to come out jow. Luckily the a and e wasn't busy

@lucyrp hi, it does help to talk to yourself here in the middle of the night, I have bad asthma as well, you need to ram into him that he cannot let it get bad as must ask for help as soon as it starts getting worse, I get the going to work, it’s an invisible illness and often they think you’re taking the mickey and you’ll be just fine, does he have an asthma nurse?
