Early pregnancy symptoms??

So Iv been ttc for 4 years and 2 months ago I gave up as I have pcos and just been told possible polyps aswell.
Anyway this week alone Iv had so much happening with me that it’s got me thinking are all these symptoms could I actually be pregnant???
I’m far to scared to actually test as I no a negative would really affect my mental health right now.
But if anyone could share some symptoms they had and if it turned out to be anything.
The last week Iv had terrible sore gums just out the blue.
Cramping
Odd sharp twinge in breast
Hot flushes I mean litrally waking up sweating and my partner telling me my skin is boiling.
Nausea
And my appetite has just disappeared.
Also have a sense of a cold possibly on the way as I’m feeling drained.

Is af late ? Which I know ur cycle may not be regular with pcos so may be hard to tell
Prob is so many early symptoms for early pregnancy are the same as pms the only way to know is either test or wait for af to show up, have my fingers and toes crossed for u x

Hi I have no idea if Iam late or not as my periods are never the same.
When I do have them Iv never had hot flushes or gum problems though.

Could be sore bleeding gums are a pregnancy symptom, your just not going to know until u test or wait for af

Achey armpits and wine suddenly tasted vile. And then I felt very tired.

I got some hot flushes! Also was constipated for pretty much all of my TWW. Felt abit light headed when standing up too quickly. I did have very mild dull cramps for a couple of days in lower belly also. I tended to get twinges in breast and ovaries every cycle and always got my hopes up. But these symptoms is never noticed before

This all sounds like pregnancy symptoms to me.
