Moving onto cycle 2 TTC after 2 weeks of obsessive symptoms spotting and dosh thrown away on pregnancy tests!
Planning to do some things slightly differently this cycle.
- Stop vaping (gulp)
- Keep minimal caffeine (1 coffee in morning then fruit teas rest of the day)
- Invest in clear blue advanced
- Conceive plus lube
- Seven Seas, Evening primrose and apple cider vinegar (yuck, but have read it is good for regulating cycles and already feel like I take enough pills that if you shook me I'd rattle)
- NO tests allowed until AF is late!!! Going to try yoga/meditation during 2ww instead.
Anyone else having a "fresh start" and trying something different (or just starting a new cycle and sticking to same plan)? Would love to have some buddies!
