Ovulation after Miscarriage/etopic

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to ovulate before numbers hit 0 after a loss?

Yesterday my levels were sitting at 14 HCG, last Friday they were at 123. During the week I had SO much CM, to the point I had to put In a pad it was that much. My HCG at that time would of been between probably 100 and 20 - I really hope I haven't missed my ovulation. Has anyone any idea what is going on? And when I can start using the clear blue digital ovulation tests?

Thank you

No, I don't think you would ovulate if you still had HCG in your system. Your hormones may well be all over the place at the moment and the CM could be caused by your progesterone dropping and oestrogen becoming dominant again.

FWIW, I usually ovulated about 6 weeks after my levels likely hit zero (so 6 weeks after salpingectomy or ERPC, a bit longer when I had methotrexate as the process was more drawn out).
I hope you are feeling ok.

After my first loss I believe I did ovulate when I still had hcg in my system. I was still getting positive tests for 2.5 weeks, had ewcm around my usual time (cd12) and my period arrived on cd28. But with my most recent loss, I'd had negative tests from 2 weeks after the miscarriage and my period arrived nearly 6 weeks after the loss.
I'm sorry for your loss. X
