Anovulatory cycle bbt chart help

Hi all I wonder if anyone can help interpret my bbt chart. There hasn't been a significant shift at all. I did have what I thought was ovulation pains and that corresponded to the slight rise on day 16. This is my first cycle bbt and I did it because I thought it was odd that with a 28 day cycle I was getting opk peak on day 19. This is cycle 4 and this cycle my clear blue has not had a static smiley. If anyone can give insight into my chart or even some hope that would be so helpful.

I agree that you have yet to ovulate per this chart. There is still a chance that you will as you're "only" cd20 - you might just end up with a slightly longer cycle this time due to delayed ovulation.

I'd recommend fertility friend for bbt btw, much easier to track /interpret and the algorithm is much more reliable than femometer in my opinion.

@Juno231 many thanks for replying and for recommending fertility friend. I just downloaded it. I hope you're right and it's late ovulation wonder if pregnacare could have affected my cycle. But part of me feels worried I'm not ovulating.

Pregnacare shouldn't have affected your cycle.

Is your cycle usually regular?

Anovulatory cycles can sometimes 'just happen' for no apparent reason in fertile women.

On the other hand, if the pattern continues to be anovulatory over several cycles, I'd see your GP. I have PCOS and endometriosis and since TTC my second have had more anovulatory cycles that not, so I've been given Metformin. This cycle has been the first that I ovulated for months!

@Poppins2016 I have very regular cycles. Like clockwork to be honest, never late and generally the same consistency too. But I will keep an eye on the bbt chart and see what it shows. Thanks for your help and glad the Metformin has helped you this cycle!
