BBT experts - please help!

Hi guys. Been off the pill 3 months and have been charting and using OPKs.
I’ve attached my September and October charts. Got positive OPKs on CD20/22 respectively. FF thinks I ovulated on CD21 and 23. Perfectly willing to accept this, but based on what little I know I’m wondering about my actual temps...if I was basing it purely on temps and wasn’t using OPKs, I might say I ovulated on day 20 in Sept and day 21 in Oct.
It doesn’t make a huge difference at all, I’m just trying to wrap my head around it and understand. Also a luteal phase of even one day longer would be great :) would be grateful for anyone’s thoughts! Thanks.

Are you temping same time everyday and having decent sleep? You are getting a rise but its dropping quite quick 🤔 Very possible that you ovulated a day earlier like you think. I had a very slow rise in my bbt

Hi @blodyn91 I temp at the same time every day at 7am, I think there was only a couple of times where it was later and it wasn’t my fertile week. I also temp vaginally as I sleep with my mouth open that’s what I was thinking, I don’t seem to have that sharp bbt rise that a lot of people get and it drops so fast...especially this one just gone. Wondering if I have an issue with progesterone.
