Hello all, I have attached a picture of my ovulation strips over the last month.
(I know its most reliable after 3-5 minutes but they still look the same, I've been keeping track of it)
The last 2 days, there has been no second line at all, but all the other have some sort of line.
Would you say I ovulated at all!? 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️
I'm clueless

Probably around the 4th/5th. Use an app to record your strips. Premom, or femometer are good

What cycle day are you on today? Do you have regular cycles normally?

MrsDyerToBe · 26/11/2020 19:19

I had my implant removed on the 27th so haven't had a period yet so have no idea what cycle day I am on. That's the added frustration 🤔

Hmm, I agree it's possible you peaked on the 4th or 5th November but it's difficult to say. Most people have up to a 14-day luteal phase so if you did peak on the 4th/5th I would have expected ovulation on the 5th or 6th with your period arriving on the 19th or 20th at the very latest. Have you done a HPT? HCG normally shows up on OPKs so I doubt you're pregnant, but it'd be good to rule it out if you haven't already.

Overall my best guess would be that you haven't peaked/ovulated yet and you should keep testing daily.

It's normal for it to take a little while for your body to get back into a normal cycle after coming off of hormonal birth control so I wouldn't be worried just yet.

Looks like you peaked on the 5th to me too. Curiosity101 seems to have covered all bases!

Hi, as someone who had implant out in August and didn't get a normal period for 6 weeks, id recommend you hold off on the OPK's until you get your first post-implant period (not including the immediate post removal withdrawal bleed), and just DTD regularly.

Hi all, I just wanted to update that I got a positive test result this morning so it turns out I must have ovulated! 😁🥳

@MrsDyerToBe
Congratulations!!!!!

Could I ask you a personal question?
My ovulation sticks are the same as the ones your posted, this month I also didn’t have any EWCM (which i usually do). So I’m worried I haven’t ovulated but your post had given me some hope but was just wondering if you had any other signs of ovulation?
Congratulations again!

MrsDyerToBe · 01/12/2020 10:46

@Fisheries345 Thank you!!!

Do you know what, after seeing people comment that they thought I ovulated around the 5th, I kept taking the test because I wasn't convinced. But then started seeing stronger positive tests and thought I couldn't be ovulating twice in one month! So took the pregnancy test and got a faint positive then a digital test confirmed 1-2 weeks.
I dont know what my ovulation symptoms were particularly but I have had thrush and really sore boobs.

I've got my fingers and toes crossed for you xxx
