Symptoms but no BFP

Here are my symptoms that are not "normal" for me to have:
Sore boobs
Large boobs
Crazy sore nipples
Dry mouth
Thrush (!?)

I had my Nexplanon implant out on 27/10 and my ovulation strip tests aren't convincing me I have actually ovulated... I've had negative pregnancy tests.
Could this just be my body readjusting or would it be too early to tell on a pregnancy test?

I think im just so keen to get pregnant that I'm seeing symptoms everywhere and hoping for the best.

I have googled and googled whether these are symptoms of having the implant out but I just can't find the right information.

Can anyone shed any light?

These are all totally normal symptoms that you get from the change in hormones prior to getting your period sorry
