Im cd 19 today, yesterday day and late eve had blazing positive opks which i was over the moon about because i havent had them in so long and can only assume its due to weight loss. Anyway last night i had massive shooting pains, pulling, stretching very low down to the right of pubic bone (i dont have pcos that side) and lasted half hr.
Does that sound like ovulation related??? Thank you

Sounds like it very well could be! Congrats on the weight loss and getting your positive OPK. The ovary can hang around and wait for sperms for 12-24 hours after ovulation so if you are able, may be worth having one last BD today Wink

I had exactly that this month & im sure last month too.

Feels like stabbing/trapped wind but a lot worse/pain by my bum! It was the same day I had positive opk & lasted about 30 minutes! I think I read it's a good sign in having ovulation pain but I may have dreamt that 😅😂 best of luck x
