Had a strong BFP on a test on Monday. Was due AF last sat and had a little bit of spotting then. Had some mild cramps yesterday but more cramping today and there was a little bit of blood when wiping earlier. Has anyone had similar and went on to have a healthy pregnancy? Had one loss previously earlier in the year around this stage and terrified it’s happening again 😩 need reassurance x
