Diazapam and false positive?

I just wanted to find out if anyone has any experience with diazapem and false positive results i stopped taking it two days ago and done a digital today which also says positive but im still not sure im due af in two days

Never heard of stopping medication giving a failed positive so I’d go with ur pregnant x

Diazepam can cause false positives. It's probably not all out of your system yet.
Keep an eye on it and see how they progress

I have no advice but watching with interest. I didn't realise some meds gave false positives. I keep getting false positives but have no idea why and my gp is not really interested.

The info leaflet for whatever meds you take should say if they can give false positives.

My gp stopped my medication and sent me for a blood test today.. no af yet but i do have slight cramping and lower back pain still waiting .. i will update once i get my results

So my dr called and asked me to repeat blood test ,it says on the results hcg 97 abnormal anyone know what it means as im really confused still no sign of af .

This is very weird, 97 is high for not being pregnant. Did your GP not give any indication as to what would cause this?
I'm still getting false positives too and not pregnant but I'm only on thyroid medication which I don't believe would make a difference.

No it was the receptionist that i spoke to and she said she wouldnt know just that the dr asked to repeat the bloods again..
i did another hpt today an the second line appeared straight away much darker then the previous ones.. very confusing

Just to update had an early scan and gestational sac was there , so it clearly was a positive
