Should I be concerned?

Hi ladies, I'm TTC #1 and cycle #1 this month, AF arrived full force yesterday at 11DPO. I'm a little worried because I had spotting at 9DPO and 10DPO - I had my hopes up for implantation bleeding, but it turned out to be the beginnings of AF.

I know a luteal phase less than 10 days can be a bad sign, do you think I should be concerned that spotting started 9DPO? It was mostly very dark discharge, only enough to need a panty liner. This is fairly common for me before my period, but I've never tracked ovulation before so have no idea if I've always had a short luteal phase. Ovulation happened CD20 for me this month, my cycles are usually between 29 and 31 days.

I'm already taking B6 and Vitamin C to try and lengthen the luteal phase, just wondering if you think I need to see a GP if I continue to have spotting as early as 9DPO? Thanks for any help and advice in advance :)
