So it's been nearly six months ttc for us. We've had one chemical and a miscarriage (although that was a year ago).
I'm 41 so aware time is running out and I really thought it would be easier than this. Especially as my Miscarriage last year was an unplanned pregnancy!
Anyway, I'm looking at changing the way I eat to see if that can help.
I've already massively reduced my drinking, and cut out smoking (except the odd sneaky one when I get my period) and in the new year will clean that up totally.
So I'm looking at dietary changes.
How have you changed your diet to help conceive and has it worked for you?
