Baby got a blue bruise/spot in the middle of the lip randomly appear! FREAKING OUT

So just saw my babys lip and he has a little spot blueish colour like a bruise hes all active and playing otherwise what could this be? Freaking out a little please help

My breast fed babies used to develop a little blister on their top lip, right in the centre.
