Just looking for some guidance as to whether I’m doing this right or not.

I started my period on 1/11/20 and it lasted for 6 days. This was after 9 weeks of not having it (it came on CD 81). I’ve been doing the cheap OPK’s since day 8/9 of my cycle but I wasn’t sure how to see the levels until I found Premom. My levels don’t seem very high compared to others I’ve seen on here and I don’t know if this should be cause for concern or not?

I had blood tests done 2 weeks before my period came due to concerns about menopause but apparently all was well (and I started my period the day after I got the “normal” results).

I done two today because it’s the highest it’s been so far and I wanted to check. This peak looks low compared to other people pictures I’ve seen.

Should I be worried?

@BabySmuffPending So your previous cycle is 81 days? If your cycles are not regular, you want to keep testing to confirm a final peak since your LH could increase again in the coming days. So far, CD23 might be a peak, so having sex to seize any chance, hope this is your month, fingers crossed!

Thanks for your replies, I’m so new to all this.

I had 3 regular cycles since coming off the pill and then it just went awol. My mum thinks my body was syncing up with my step daughter (she gets hers at the end of the month and I normally get mine in the middle, but it’s now moved to the end (started spotting a couple of days before Halloween and that’s when she had her period as well. Not sure how much stock I put in this though, although she also missed her September period 🤷🏽‍♀️)

That’s the first time the test line has been that dark so it’s given me a little hope even if the levels are low. I’ll keep testing incase I’m having a long cycle again.
