Hi just wondering what supplements everyone takes if any for ttc? I’ve just purchased the proceive ones as I’ve read good reviews on them .

Folic acid is highly recommended. It reduces the chances of the baby having spina bifida.

Just folic acid and vitamin c (for my short luteal phase). I went through a time of taking every supplement under the sun but scaled it back as it was getting to be ridiculous.

Yeah I’m 10 months ttc . I was just taking folic acid but I thought I would try and get something that might help support me and my partner better in conceiving so I got the proceive male and female ones . There’s loads of reviews about people who were trying for a while started taking these supplements and got pregnant 🤷🏻‍♀️

I take folic acid, vitamin D and iron (due to poor absorption), wild yam extract, and B complex
