Ubiquinol recommends?

Does anyone have any ubiquinol brand recommendations? Looking for cheap and effective!

I’m reading it starts with the egg, as have had a couple of early losses and would like to start taking it but not sure where to start!

I take the solgar ones from Holland and barratt 3 tablets a day.

They usually have an offer of them being half price or buy one get one half price. I looked on Amazon and worked out it was cheaper from H&B but didn’t really look anywhere else.
