Fitbit resting heart rate

I've been looking at some posts on some forums about increasing RHR being yet another early sign for us to examine on a hourly basis.
I started looking at it when I realised mine had been rising for a few days and stupidly got my Hope's up and thought this might be my month. But over the last couple days its started to drop again.
I dont suppose anyone has any input on their experiences with heart rates before getting their Bfp or Bfn?.
I have attached an image from my Fitbit, a red line at start of last period and a yellow line around ovulation this month.
Thanks for amy help and info x

There's a whole thread on this on here if you want to symptom spot with others :)

Basically your rhr is higher in the LP so it's normal to see it rise then. Most ladies then find that if it starts dropping it usually means AF is on her way.

Ye, I've pretty much resigned myself that AF will be arriving early next week when due. Thanks for your reply
