COQ10

Morning ladies,

Just wondered if and if you have taken COQ10 and it has affected your cycle?

I started taking it months ago, after a chemical pregnancy in March, and was taking 200mg per day. A couple of months ago I increased to 300mg as I had not had a hint of a BFP. Since then last month my cycle was 44 days and this month I’m now in CD39. I’m starting to think it may be down to the increase in dosage and wondered if anyone else had experienced the same.

I started taking it about a month before I got my BFP but didn’t notice a change - perhaps I didn’t take it long enough. If this is the first time your cycle has changed it could just be a random one off. X

I had been taking it for several months and didn’t notice any change @mamaatthegym. I increased my dosage and since then last month my cycle was 44 days and today is CD39. I guess it could just be coincidence but will take my dose back down tomorrow and see what happens.

Congratulations on your BFP x
