Hi Ladies,

I am super frustrated and would really be glad to get your advice. We had a miscarriage a few months ago and it was naturally dissolved by July (in 2 sets of periods). Since July we have been ttc for about 3 times.

This cycle, I am tracking my ovulation by indicating my cervical mucus and by using the home opk tests. So, yesterday I had a lot of eggwhite discharge (sorry if that's TMI) and also my ovulation test showed positive. We baby danced yesterday and on Monday.

We didnt have intercourse on Tuesday.

If we had sex on Monday and Wednesday and planning to do so today as well (Ovulation test still shows positive today- Thursday), did we do good? Because I heard we needed to have sex during the 6 days leading to the ovulation but I think we would only have had that 3 times....

I am so over this already and stressed.
what do you think? I want to cry out of despair.

Hi, I’m in a similar situation and still waiting for a positive opk this month but my plan is actually to try dtd more focused around ovulation so day of positive opk and then the next 2 days. Sometimes I think if you are dtd lots in the lead up to ovulation you give up trying too early so if I were you I’d try again today for sure. Plus I always forget that positive opk could mean ovulation up to 48 hours later. Fingers crossed xx

Your most fertile days are the three leading up to ovulation, as well as ovulation day itself. DTD even once during those days would have you covered, there is zero expectation for you to be having sex daily to conceive.
