If you've got a coil in, it's more likely to be an ectopic pregnancy, though I have heard stories about babies being born holding them. Not sure how much stock to put in said stories.

My mum was a midwife and saw this happen not literally fluting it at birth, but it came out with baby.

They're checking if they can see the strings tomorrow morning.

No, I've never been able to, my uterus is tilted deep in there (drs have given me the medical term but can't remember).

How are you getting on OP? Where they able to offer any help or shed some light for you?

Nope they told me to wait and retest on Sunday

They gave me the test to do at home. They did an internal and I still have the coil in place but he also said that my cervix didn't look "period ready". They couldn't confirm it either way until.i had a positive test or my period started.
