FRER had a line before using it

I've been Poas like a crazy woman and decided to take a FRER but noticed it already had a line on it before I used it I went ahead and used it anyway and the line went away for a second and then came back and I don't know what to think has this happened to anyone else ?

This happened to me on three occasions using FRERs purchased from Amazon during the first lockdown. There were a few reviews saying the same and I eventually came to the conclusion they were fakes or part of a dodgy batch.

Can you retake with a completely new / different branded test?

Yeah after looking up a lot about it I'm just going to assume it's a negative 😩 but I'm gonna retest in a couple days with an cheapie one I have thank you 🙏
