What's going on... TTC

Hello

I have been TTC since July 2019 following coil removal. Unfortunately had a missed miscarriage January 2020 at 14.5 weeks but in theory was around the 5 week mark.

I had a second Miscarriage May 2020, where I fell pregnant with a BFP and naturally lost within a few days after finding out.

Even with the coil, I have always had what I believed to be a regular period but since May they have ranged from 20-32 day cycles.

August my period was so heavy/painful I believe it possibly was another very early chemical pregnancy.

I have for the last few months pestered my GP and have had;
Smear test - tested positive for HPV
Internal examination & swab - all ok
Thyroid blood test - al ok
Ovulation blood test - all ok

I have recently suffered with UTI (always been an ongoing issue and been referred to Urology). I have also recently had BV but this has cleared.

I have a scan booked for next week which I hope will give some answers and just wondered did anyone had any advice... it's been a long and frustrating journey.

Hello! I don't have overly much to add - just wondering if they've done other blood tests? My day 3 bloods also included checks for androgens, testosterone, prolactin, fsh, LH etc. There could be more things wrong than just whether or not you ovulate. Do you know what your TSH level was btw?

Have you been referred to a fertility clinic yet for the recurrent miscarriages? Now that you think you've had three I'd push for that. Certainly get the ball rolling on it as the waiting times can be quite long. Also ask your GP if it would be a good idea for you to start taking baby aspirin ovulation onwards to try and prevent more miscarriages.

Hello, thanks so much for replying.

They tested a few things for bloods but not exactly sure what. They said the results were ok and that was it really.

Since I have had the scan, they have found what they believe to be retained pregnancy tissue which has calcified so I have now been referred to Gynae as urgent. It's been over a week so far.

I have noticed during a period I have had very small little calcium stones and the nurse just said she didn't know what it was when I showed her and wouldn't investigate further at the time.

I don't know if this is from Jan or May or the question mark for possible July pregnancy. July could have been my body trying to clear? I don't know.

I have asked if they think this will prevent conception or cause a miscarriage and no one really wants to give an answer so far.
