When is it honestly safe to start trying again? I had DD by emergency section on Sep 7th. I'm turning 40 in March and would love at least one more child. If we start trying again around DD's first birthday, is that too early?? I know medical advice says a year to 18 months but I just wanted to hear real-life experiences.
