Early ovulation after miscarriage?

Long time lurker here, but first post...looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience!
I've recently been being monitored for a miscarriage / failed PUL and beta HCG reached 4 on 13th Nov, so sufficient to be classified as "not pregnant"

On 9th Nov (so a couple of days before my HCG draw of 4) I started bleeding and assumed this was CD1 / start of AF. This was between blood tests, but I assume HCG would have been around 30ish at the time. Then on 14 Nov - which was what I thought was CD6, I took an OPK and got a blazing positive and also had Ov pains on CD7. I know my beta HCG was not high enough to be causing a positive OPK (as this was after my draw that showed a level of 4), so can only assume I had an LH spike. CD7 is super early to O, isn't it? Can follicles start to mature whilst HCG is high and irrespective of what I thought was AF? Wondering what's going on and if this is just going to be a wasted cycle if my body released an egg too early!

Any thoughts or experiences very much appreciated!!
