Hello! We have been TTC since April 2020. Anxiety is now becoming high although I am sure my cycles are only just settling down. Anyone in the same boat?

Been trying since January, I’m exhausted. Mentally, physically and emotionally x

Just under 1 year here after a few months gap following a MMC in July last year-you’re definitely not alone. I just feel me tally drained and that it will never happen to me ... xx

Same here! TTC since March. AF turned up today and I'm struggling to pick myself back up. Hard when people don't know what's going on and seems to be a ton of pregnancy announcements 😕 Thinking of trying SMEP anyone given it a try?

@Mamatoalittlebear, we tried it 2 months but weren’t successful. Tbh we didn’t want to continue with it as it was putting even more pressure when we had to stick to dtd on specific days and some months I just can’t be bothered anymore as it’s so difficult mentally xx I do opks and bbt so try to cover the two days before O and the day of, more than that is a bonus but not compulsory for us x

100% agree when people don't know whats going on. Every announcement sends a pang of pain and more worry but yet happiness for them as they may have been struggling too. Fingers and toes crossed xxx

Same here! I came off the pill end of March and have been trying ever since. I normally have short cycles (which has worried me, as well as being pretty light), and am 3 days late this month with BFNs so far! I know I should be patient but it's hard when its all you want. I have done OPKs, tracked BBT, some months doing nothing, some both. I am struggling too mentally, physically and emotionally with the process, didn't realise it would be this hard either! Sending lots of luck to you all x

Its reassuring hearing everyone else feels the same. It feels like it consumes you a little. Fingers crossed for us all soon. Its been a rough year as it is. We just need to be kind to ourselves!

Hey ladies, my period was due yesterday! Had thrush since last night and spotting but not really spotting more like I wee and then wipe and there's a speck of light blood on the toilet paper or it's just tinged the paper. Did a test today but negative. Any advice ?

@Lmac2018 thats a tricky one. Thrush and spotting can go hand in hand normally but it could be caused with a surge in hormones i.e pregnancy. If the test is negative and you're due its unlikely to be pregnancy unless you ovulated later perhaps hence negative test. Have you tried an early detection one? I honestly think you have to check different brand tests as some are more sensitive than others. When I was pregnant with my first I got a couple of negative tests on cheap ones but clearblue came up positive.

Same here - one yeah to this month on TTC. We tried SMEP one month but realized it out too much pressure on both of us. Just hopping for some good news in this otherwise rubbish year! Exhausted..

CD 28 - sorry if TMI - not sore boobs but like achy boobs and nipples? Very bloated but no cramps etc. Any idea!? 💡

Period hasn't come yet, this spotting is slowing down but had cramps, not extreme ones like usual. Bit confused as this spotting has been on and off since Monday, with these cramps I surely thought AF was here to get me but had then ALL day

Yep, same! Nine months in after a late loss in January. It’s heartbreaking. All we want is to have a safe, happy, and healthy pregnancy but every time a month passes it just feels further away.

Sorry you’re feeling down as well, I don’t have any advice to get you feeling happy again as I’m feeling it at the moment as well! Just fingers crossed it happens soon for you. The moment you have that BFP all the stress and heartache of all the twws disappears in a poof. Can’t bloody wait.

Had a meltdown yesterday which usually means my period is due two days later - so it’s due tomorrow and I can’t sleep because I’m pre-empting how shitty tomorrow is going to be. 😖

She came 💔😢 absolutely gutted. Always next month 💔

@laura2093 so sorry. I completely understand. Its like grieving every month for something you didn't have. I'm the same. Calm and optimistic then AF comes and I feel rock bottom again. Its rough! Big hugs x

@emiliet123 so sorry to hear of your loss. No time is easy TTC but having been there before, after loss it really is heartbreaking. Keeping everything crossed for us all. Its a rough journey but we're all in it together. ❤

Our first took 18 months, second one or two months. The first can take a bit longer. See your GP to check things, but no need to panic. I felt dreadful every month for a while and there was no need to. Good luck.

Thank you @Mamatoalittlebear 💖 every month just gets worse and worse, sometimes it feels like that was our one chance and for some reason we screwed it up 😖 nothing we could have done though. I’m sorry that you’ve had to go through it too! I hate that it happens to more women than we are truly aware of.

AF will have finished today - nice 3 day one!
I want to use CB ovulation tests this month as so far I have never got a smiley face on one, think I've just been missing peak or testing at the wrong rime of day. Last cycle my peak was CD19 when should I start CB testing in your opinions? What times of day are best? Determined to try and catch ovulation this month - whose with me! Positive positive positive- We got this TTC club!
