Regular periods and BBT rise but blood test shows no ovulation?

Just wondering if anyone has had this?

I've been off the pill over 2 years now. Periods like clockwork but I spot during LP. I went to GP about this and they did day 2 blood, general blood and a scan and found no reason. They didn't do day 21 at that time.

Fast forward and I've been TTC a year. They've just done day 2 blood and day 21 and now have said I'm not ovulating. At least there's an answer.

But I've had positive OPKs (my surge comes fast so sometimes I miss it but its definitely happened sometimes) and I did track bbt for several months. I've only had one strange cycle where I thought I didn't ovulate as it was a long one when covid hit in march. All my others are around 26 days. My bbt rise is slow (usually takes 3 or 4 days) but there was a definitely pattern every month apart from the March.

I get CM and my sex drive increases around the right time also. So this is all very frustrating to hear.

Has anyone else had this? And did a fertility referral help?

@paintfairy is there any chance you are ovulating and your progesterone is just low? The 21 day test is for progesterone levels, did they tell you what yours came back at? How long is your LP? Spotting in the LP can be a sign of low progesterone x

@MintGreenLife she did say what it was but I can't remember. Lol. I am speaking to the dr Tuesday so will get more clarity then.

I 'think' my LP is 14 days if it exists! Usually ovulate day 11.
