Implantation bleed 1 week before af followed by cramps 1 day after af due!

Hello everyone, please help

Just wondering if anyone experienced implantation spotting followed by cramps when af was due?
I had some spotting which lasted 1 day about a week before af was due, it started after me and my partner dtd (not sure if that’s what triggered it) anyway now af is late one day and I’m having cramps really low down but confused if this is implantation cramps?? Can you get cramps a week after implantation bleeding?

@Sunwillshine if you're pregnant you will have cramps in general so completely normal. Take a test!

@stable I tested a day before af was due but it came back negative so just holding on a few more days before I retest. Don’t want to see another negative
