Low Morphology and How it Affects TTC

Hello,

My husband was recently tested and showed 4% morphology. The lab marked this as low. All the other values were normal for him. We have been actively trying for about 7 months, and both of us are 31.

I havent been able to find any information about low morphology or even any source that can agree on a normal level. Has anyone here had experience with this? Is there a way to increase it naturally?

Thank you!

Hey

My partner had low morphology - my understanding is 4% is at the lower level of ‘normal’. My partners was less than 1%. We were under the fertility clinic and they recommended Fertilix - we had to pay for it ourselves (think it was around £50 a month) but they are tablets which help with morphology.

My partner took them for a few months and his morphology levels went up and after 2 years of treatment (we both has issues with fertility) we are now pregnant ☺️

www.fertilix.com/ - this is the stuff he used.

Hope this helps x

Hi, after 6 months of trying, we got tests and my DH had 3% so low as well.
Normally they advise healthier lifestyle but in our case it was already as healthy as it gets.
He was prescribed some special food supplement called Spermotrend and we got him loose underwear.
We got pregnant 2 months later.
Don't know if it's related or not.
I think low morphology doesn't always affect conception...

My husbands was 4% and he was told that was normal by the fertility clinic. We conceived naturally. From everything I've read 4% is normal. I've never actually heard of any man being higner than that on the threads I've read (and that's loads) xx

@Zariell91 hi, my husband also has 4% morphology which I believe is on the lower end of normal. However when we spoke to the fertility consultant she said 4% is a really good score and it's rare to see over 6%!

Omg, thank you so much everyone!! This has been so reassuring and bolstering. We would like to conceive naturally if possible.
