Hi all,

So I posted yesterday as I could see a very faint like on a IC pregnancy test!

I'm 12 DPO today and have just started bleeding 😔 I don't know if it's another chemical (would make it my 3rd) or (hopefully) jut good old AF rearing her ugly head! Or if it could be implantation bleeding since I had 2/3 days of mild cramping. 🤷‍♀️

Anyway thank you all for your help in my previous post! Onwards and upwards to next month 🤞🏼💕

Just can't help but to feel a little disappointed! 😟😔

@goldenstars I'm sorry this has happened... it's so exciting even if you try not to over-invest, then you feel your spirits plummet when it doesn't work out. Thanks

Have a firm hand hold and stay positive for the next cycle.

Aw so sorry, know the feeling all too well unfortunately. If u got a faint positive and started to bleed it very well could be a chemical. Can I see ur IC pic x

goldenstars · 12/11/2020 20:32

Thank you both. Just feeling a bit crappy! But I'll get there. Doctors don't want to do anything about it yet despite already having had two chemicals, in such a short amount of time 😟 so onto the left month..
yes, here's the photo of the IC. Faint but definitely there in person.

Aww sorry op I can see the line. I've had 2 cps in the last few months and I've just decided not to test until I'm a week late, as it would save the upset. I did also wonder if there's anything in your hormones right before you come on your period that might be picked up on those IC strips as it's happened the only 2 times I early tested. But then AF has arrived as normal. Definitely try wait longer next time round as in my opinion AF is better than the horrible unknown that is a possible conception. Isn't it around 25% of actual conceptions end up miscarrying but the majority of them are so early people never even know about them. If it wasn't for modern tests we'd be none the wiser and would just have to wait til we're very late! Sorry if that's not much help. But I'm so sorry anyway as it's horrible to feel that disappointment. Hugs xxx

Why won’t docs do anything? My GP referred me after 2 x

BriocheBuns · 12/11/2020 22:17

And yes definitely see the second line, so sorry ur having to go through this. Are u bleeding like ur regular periods x

goldenstars · 13/11/2020 08:45

@Crossfitgirl thank you 💓
I swear I'm not ever going to test early again! Like you say, in a way it sets you up for heartache if things don't go to plan.
I'm slightly concerned now that I could have potentially had two chemical pregnancies so close together- this month and last month too.
Doctors seemed really fine about it and said 'you're young it will happen give it a year before we conduct tests...' which doesn't really help!

I agree with the miscarriage stats - many people must have very early loses and not necessarily know! 😞 xx

@BriocheBuns they've been so crap about it! 😔
I seem to be bleeding like normal. Last months chemical was terrible and I bled so heavily at work I had to go home.
This time it's not nearly so bad.
Xx

Definitely push on at ur GP, it shouldn’t be ignored as a chemical is an early loss x
