I have been trying over 10years (1 miscarriage may 2019 but no babies). I am overweight so don't qualify for help/investigation from NHS. I have insulin resistant PCOS. My cycles are soooo erratic, can be between 50-80days long.
I made a decision in July this to stop metaformin because I was seeing no difference.
However I found Healthy PCOS group on Facebook and that guy has explained things sooooo clearly helped me understand PCOS better and offers so much advice about how to improve the symptoms. (I highly recommend this page if you suffer PCOS also)
So I decided to take his advice and invest a range of supplements. Already seeing massive improvements with my balding (a symptom of PCOS due to high testosterone). So I was already pleased I started supplements.
But this cycle is the first time in using OPKs I got a blazing positive, the test line has never been stronger than the control line before, so when I saw this Sunday I literally cried! This would make this cycle only 36 days long!
I am now 2 dpo and so hopeful I actually ovulated this cycle and we baby danced at the right time!
Anyone in the 2 week wait? Anyone want to keep each other sane while we count down the days till we test?
Would love to follow other people journeys!
