Cyclogest prescribed after recurrent miscarriages

Hello all,

I'm recently TTC again after 4 miscarriages in 14 months. All recurrent miscarriage tests clear. So absolutely no explanation.
My gynaecologist has prescribed 400mg of cyclogest twice daily from the day of a positive pregnancy test to 14 weeks.
What's everyone's experiences with this? Good and bad. Any baby success stories?
Just praying we make it past 6/7 weeks next time.
