I’m back home already from my d&c, everyone was really lovely and looked after me well! I’m so thirsty thiugh due to no drink after midnight, but the leaflet says to keep an eye out for burning/stinging when peeing and frequent urination - but I’m so thirsty I think I’ll be peeing because I need so much water!! Did anyone have a little stinging post op? My second wee had a slight sting but kinda thought it was to be expected - until I re-read the leaflet!

I’m ttc number 2.
I had a missed miscarriage in August at 10 weeks, baby measured 6+1.
I had a really early miscarriage last month. I was between 4 and 5 weeks.
It’ll be nice to be on this journey with people who understand all the anxiety and worry.

I’m CD 9 now.

@SunnySide1992 Would it be worth doing OPKs? That way you can monitor what your cycle is doing - often it does change a bit after mc as many of us have discovered. Some people find OPKs really helpful and reassuring, others find they make them a butt obsessive 😛

Not sure if anyone remembers me i was in the thread between feb and July.
I've been meaning to update you for ages but struggled to find the thread.

I suffered a MMC in February at 9 weeks. I got my BFP in June.
I'm 24 weeks now and I'm expecting twin girls.All is going good and the support I got from this thread while ttc was amazing.

Thanks for welcoming me sorry if I ask any questions that others have already asked. After my first miscarriage, I ovulated on time but after my last one, I didn’t ovulate until CD 25! How has everyone else found ovulation after MC? X

@Dipsy77 yes I remember you. Twin girls how absolutely wonderful! Congratulations. What a blessing! Wishing you a healthy pregnancy. I got my bfp yesterday. I’m so nervous! Xxx

@Mommybear05 congratulations! I’m so nervous too! Currently 4w2d and have a scan with the EPU on the 7th at 6w2d due to recurrent miscarriage. I’m so scared that it will happen again 😩 how are you feeling?

@Sallyjo27 congratulations to you too! I’m 4wks 3 days so we’re in the same boat! Sorry for your losses! I had the one mc back in March. It was a blighted ovum. I also had a chemical last month. So I’m scared. By cb showed the right number of weeks which is positive. With my son the nausea didn’t kick in til six weeks but I can feel it mildly now. I knew I was pg before the test. Good to hear about your early scan. Hubby and I are debating whether to go private and have one too. Just found out he’s being made redundant this evening though so my mind is all over the place! I don’t know what to worry about from one minute to the next!

Hi @MamaPheebz welcome 😊 Don’t apologise re asking questions - that’s what we are all here for, to support and guide one another. Post MC for me, my cycles have been a little longer than pre MC so my ovulation of course has been a little later too. It’s been relatively consistent and regular though, just that bit longer. Good luck lovely 💫💓

Hi ladies, hope you're all dojng OK. I'm 3 days late for AF and woke myself up with anxiety today at 4.30. I was in a terrible mood all morning and eventually broke down and had a good cry with my OH about it. He was brilliant and said he hadn't realised how much the miscarriage was still affecting me and that he would be happy whether or not I was pregnant this month. To be honest until today I don't think I realised how much it was weighing on me either. So many mixed feelings about wanting to conceive a baby but also fearing it because we could lose it again, and feeling guilty about still recovering from a miscarriage which was 'only' 5 weeks. We had a long chat and confirmed yes we do both really want to have a child at this point in time, put my mind at rest quite a bit. Since af is only a couple of days late, we will wait till this weekend to test and I should try not to fret about it in the meantime.

This is all so much more layered and long-term than I ever imagined! Xx

@susiebluebell so sorry you are feeling like this but your right it is hard. I thought I was ok but now find myself nearly 8weeks and the fear of loosing it again is awful. I’ve had a terrible day today worrying about it. I know we have to try and stay positive but it is a lot easier said than done. It is important to have a support system behind us. Sending virtual hugs x

@susiebluebell that’s exciting. You’ve got amazing willpower to not test. Any symptoms? 😁

@SunnySide1992 try not to panic. Everyone is different. What I’d say is keep an eye on your temp, as an infection will def cause an increase in your temp. If pain gets too much you should def call 111 just to be on the safe side. Take care! X

@susiebluebell I have my fingers crossed for you!! Hope it all goes well. Pregnancy after mc is so hard isn’t it - I’ve just had my D&C for my second mc - and whilst I feel positive I can conceive, I don’t think I’ll feel excited when I see the next positive test until well into the pregnancy! Will you book an early scan do you think? xx

I’m on my 102947583th cycle of TTC - 1 healthy 2 year old and had a chemical in July this year. I’m around 11 DPO Today and took this early clearblue this morning.

Not wanting to get my hopes up because of previous disappointment however this faint line came up within the 3 min window. Any thoughts?
