Possible chemical? Advice please

I had a faint positive on Sunday at 11dpo just gone with pink spotting.
12dpo, still spotting and today 13dpo slightly heavier flow with darker red blood and cramps. I'm not needed a pad, it's only when I wipe. Bfn ever since getting the faint positive

Could I have had a chemical?

Forgot to mention AF was due 14dpo so when I started spotting 11dpo, I was confused.

Should I contact gp?
