Should I be concerned about heavier periods

For the past few months I’ve noticed my periods have become lots more heavier and more painful, to the point I’m having to wear a tampon and towel when going out to avoid leaking. I had a mmc back in august and have noticed things since then. Of course it stared me reading up online so wish I didn’t look. But wanted to know from experience if anyone knows if it can cause major infertility? My previous two children were conceived quickly and we’ve been trying now for over 4 months! Should I be concerned?

Am I looking too far into things girls? When you want something so bad you over think everything!
