Smep anyone else

Ttc baby number 2. Conceived first baby with no issues very quickly and naively thought it would happen again. Not so lucky this time. Now in month 5 of ttc and trying smep this month. Now on CD 11. So far have dtd CD 7 and 9. Anyone out there out there who has had success with smep or anyone trying it at the moment.

I am trying this method this month . Trying for baby number 1 and on cycle 8. On cycle day 12 of a 31 day cycle. We have dtd CD7, 9 and 11 so far. x

I am also trying SMEP this month, on month 5 of TTC for our first - on cycle day 12 also and have DTD CD 7, 9 & 12 (morning)
Hopefully we all get our BFPs this month - that would be an amazing christmas present wouldn't it!xx

@1992EM fingers crossed! This journey is definitely taking longer than I initially thought it would - have you tried anything different this month apart from SMEP?xx

@hopefully2021 I plan to use preseed too . I tried conceive plus last month and opks but done those since about cycle 3. Also taking macca root ( onto second month) , vit d , folic acid and conception vitamins. May turn into a vitamin 🤣 I won't peak until the weekend so will use the preseed closer to then. Are you doing anything different?

@1992EM I cant believe how similar we are! I am planning to use preseed aswell this month but closer to when I peak - also the only new thing I've done is start taking supplements called proceive both me and my husband are taking them so I've stopped my folic acid and vitiamin D which I was taking the last few months as these seem to have everything in! Keeping my fingers crossed it all makes a difference this month I also had a private ultrasound last month to check on how my polycystic ovaries were looking and the doctor said everything looked good, she said I only have mild PCOS and shouldn't have a problem which put my mind at rest xx

@hopefully2021 aww that will give you peace of mind. It is good to have someone on a similar cycle as can compare notes 🤣. Fingers crossed it leads to a BFP x

We used Smep and conceived our first month of trying (this followed 5 months of TTC for a baby whom we lost at 13 weeks) and now have a healthy 9 week old! Good luck!
