DH thinks I’m crazy but, I’m sure I can see it. Not sure if I had a period last month as life has been hectic but, would be due again last week even so. Thanks! Xx

I can see a v faint line on the second pic.

lovelilies · 08/11/2020 23:33

Definitely a line

MartiniDry · 08/11/2020 23:37

Yes, it's faint, but it's a line. Congratulations!

Thank you for your replies! In my impatience I started delving into Google and found the Sainsbury’s tests (as this was) are renowned for false positives. Has anyone else heard this? I thought a positive was a positive, no matter how faint!

(I know i need to just go to sleep and go buy FRER in the morning but, I can’t sleep!)

lovelilies · 09/11/2020 00:38

Oh heck I didn't know that.
Well fingers crossed you get the right result tomo.

notanoctopus · 09/11/2020 04:35

I can see a faint line. Hope other tests show a positive. Good luck OP X

So, I took the other Sainsbury’s test this morning and same faint line but, took a clear blue digital test this evening (all my local shop had) and it said not pregnant. How frustrating that they sell tests like that! ☹️

It is very frustrating and id never buy those as a result but technically it isn't a line either so not faulty according to their instructions.
Fingers crossed for the next few days for you OP!

spacegirlie · 09/11/2020 18:36

Hi lovely. I am so sorry you've been through the same. I had this same exact issue with both Sainsbury's and Tesco tests, even when I put one under running tap water I still got a 'pregnant' result.
It's unbelievable and so cruel that they can sell these 😟

Thank you ❤️ Xx
