Faint BFP or faulty test?

Hi,

TTC following a miscarriage in June. Pregnancy was unplanned, we've needed ivf in the past. (Male factor infertility) so as you can imagine an unplanned pregnancy was a shocker!

We've been trying since the mc but we know the odds are against us, doctor put it down to a fluke and the fact we weren't trying.

This month, I stopped tracking ovulation because I was getting abit obsessive. I should be about 8 days before my period. I'm like clockwork.

I've had mild pink spotting 2 days ago, and lots and lots of cm (sorry if tmi) which is unusual for me at this point in my cycle.

Then, today I came over all funny, as if low blood sugar (this has happened in every pregnancy I've experienced) always happens around implantation for some reason. I've got heavy period cramps in my lower left side.

Took an early detection test and took it apart because I thought I could see something (see how obsessive I get?)

Can you see anything?

Faint BFP or faulty test?

I can see it but not sure if it looks pink or more like an evap. Have also seen lots of people on here say not to take the test apart as the dye can dry too quick and give a false line (or something to that affect, I'm sure someone else can explain it better!). It is still very early too with 8 days before your period. Try and wait a few more days and test again. Fingers crossed!

I know, I shouldn't of opened it. I get soooo obsessive. I was convinced I could see something after five mins so that's why I opened it to get a better look (and probably convince myself it was positive)

Sorry I really think that looks negative for now but try again in a few days. FX.
