Clear Blue Advanced Ovulatuon Tests - help!!

I've just started to use the Clear Blue Advance ovulation tests and I'm looking for some opinions/advice!
I started using them 4 days ago on CD8 (irregular cycle) and got a blank circle so a low reading.
The next day i got a flashing smiley and that has continued until today, CD11.
I used a cheap Amazon OPK tonight and it was blank, just the control line.
I then used another Clear Blue test and got a static smiley.

Should I take this as my peak? Given the cheap OPK had nothing on it at all?
Should I use the Clear Blue again tomorrow on my FMU and see what it says?
Can I use the Clear Blue again as it says in the instructuons, after a static smiley, the result displays for 2 days???

Anyone have any thoughts? I'm really confused!!

Yes go for it and start getting jiggy. A static is a peak from what I believe. I've been using the clear blue ones that are either blank or static.

I’d go for it, static means you’re going to ovulate soon (and should be quite precise on CB!) The static will now show for 2 days so I don’t think you can test again until it goes from the reader x

I always found the CB ones more accurate than the cheapies and the fact you've progressed from low to high to peak I would take that as a positive. I believe the static means you're going to ovulate within 48 hours (may be wrong about the time) which is why it stays on the reader for 2 days. You can use the reader again once it clears

Thank you everyone!
I was so confused as I've never has a positive on a cheap OPK and the one tonight was as negative as can be, yet the Clear Blue was positive!
I'm tracking my temperature too so hopefully ill get a temp spike in a few days to confirm as well!
Fingers crossed!
