Hi I have been feeling quite nauseous and boobs incredibly sore. I waited for the postman who came with my first response at midday and took a test. These were the results. I’m scared it’s a false positive because I took it in the afternoon? Thoughts please?

The first picture was after 2 mins the second after 4 mins
